Many people around the world are addicted to fatty foods, but unfortunately, specialist doctors have proven that they are the main cause of cancer and obesity.

Let us now if we ask the elderly whether there was cancer and obesity in their time as there is now.

I know I'm elderly and especially addicted to fatty foods. My words won't knead it, but you should or should stop eating cancer-causing foods.

Foods high in fat are among the biggest carcinogens today. Whether they come in the form of cookies, crackers, or other snacks, there are foods that are full of fat that are bad for your health. 

 

Always make sure to read the label on the food you buy and cut back if you must, but don't give up completely. Eating a lot of fat can increase your risk of developing cancer. So make sure you're eating healthy and cutting back on fat, if you have to.

 

Here are some tips to avoid these cancer-laden foods:

Food sources rich in fat are among the biggest cancer-causing agents today. Regardless of whether they come in the form of candy, biscuits, or burgers for different bites, there are food sources that are full of fats that are bad for your health. 

 

Always make sure to read the name on the food you buy and cut back on the assumption that you must, but don't give up completely. Eating a large amount of fat can increase the likelihood of disease. So make sure you're practicing good eating habits and cutting back on fat, if you need to.


Canned tomatoes

Fresh tomatoes are actually a cancer-fighting food, but canned tomatoes are considered one of the most important carcinogens because the canning material contains a chemical called bisphenol-A, or BPA.

A study published in May of 2013 showed that this substance actually affects the way genes work in the brain of mice.

Canned tomatoes are thought to be exceptionally dangerous because of their high acidity, which could mean BPA leaks from the canning material into the tomatoes themselves.

Soft drinks

A study published in the American Journal of Nutrition found that people who consume more than one can of soft drink per day have a higher risk of stroke.

Soft drinks that contain large amounts of sugar cause weight gain, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and contribute to ulcers.

Soft drinks contain artificial coloring and food chemicals such as 4-methylimidazole derivatives, which are believed to cause cancer.

Processed meat

It includes but is not limited to sausages, hot dogs, and canned meats.

Researchers have pointed out that the excessive use of salt, chemicals and preservatives, including sodium nitrate, is harmful to health and can cause cancer.

Eating processed meat increases the risk of premature death by up to 44 percent.

Potato Chips

Potato chips are high in fat and calories and cause weight gain. Eating potato chips can cause hypernatremia and high blood pressure.

Potato chips contain artificial flavors, many preservatives, colorings, and carcinogens. Potato chips are cut at high temperatures to make them crispy, which leads to the formation of a substance called acrylamide, a known carcinogen also found in cigarettes.

Highly processed white flour

Refining grains destroys the natural nutrients they contain. Mills now use a chemical called chlorine gas to bleach flour.

This substance is dangerous and unsafe to inhale, and ingestion of large quantities can be fatal.

Processed white flour has a very high sugar content which raises blood sugar and insulin levels very quickly, which can be a direct cause of diabetes.
